RECIPE: CHOCOLATE BANANA PROTEIN SHAKE

Tastes like a milkshake with a healthy twist! This shake is filled with hemp hearts and soy milk, both great sources of plant protein.

Nutrition per serving: 30g protein| 39% calcium | 25% vitamin B12 | 380% vitamin A | 101% vitamin C | 39% potassium


Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 3 tbsp hemp hearts

  • ½ cup soy milk

  • 1 ½ tbsp cocoa powder

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

  • 3-4 ice cubes

  • 2 handfuls fresh spinach

Method:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until thick and smooth.

  2. Adjust any flavours to taste and serve immediately!
