RECIPE: CHOCOLATE BANANA PROTEIN SHAKE

Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
3 tbsp hemp hearts
½ cup soy milk
1 ½ tbsp cocoa powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
3-4 ice cubes
2 handfuls fresh spinach
Method:
Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until thick and smooth.
Adjust any flavours to taste and serve immediately!
