Today Educator Ella is making a high-protein couscous bowl while demonstrating how to keep it plastic-free! šš¾Ā
She started by visiting her local farmers market, bringing along her reusable produce bags to shop for fresh, local produce. š©š½āš¾š„¬
For items she couldnāt find at the market, she opted for plastic-free options at the grocery store. She also stopped by a bulk store to fill her reusable mason jars with chickpeas and couscous.š«
