Ingredients
š±1 block of firm tofuĀ
š±1/3 cup ketchupĀ
š±1 tbsp maple syrupĀ
š±1 tbsp apple cider vinegarĀ
š± 2 tsp soy sauceĀ
š±1 tbsp molassesĀ
š± 1 tbsp plant-powered Worcestershire sauce
š±2 tsp liquid smokeĀ
š±1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)Ā
MethodsĀ
š±Press tofu for 30 to 60 minutesĀ
š±Mix BBQ sauce ingredients together
š±Slice block in half length waysĀ
š±Place a chopstick on either side of each tofu slice. This will prevent you from cutting all the way through. Then, make partial slices into the tofu, stopping when you reach the chopsticks
š±Add BBQ sauce to tofu and marinate in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes
š±Bake in a preheated oven at 375 F
š±Serve with sides of choice and enjoy!Ā
