***Creamy Cashew Tofu Spread***
Ingredients:
š±1 block extra firm tofu 350g
š±1/2 cup soaked cashews
š±1-2 clove garlic
š±1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
š±Juice of 1 lemon
š±1 tsp salt
š±1 tsp onion powder
š±3-4 tbsp cashew water or plant milk
Methods:
š±Soak your cashews overnight or boil for 15 minutes, save the water!
š±Add all ingredients into blender except for fresh herbs and blend until smooth. Add more cashew water or plant milk for desired thickness.
š±Top with fresh herbs of your choosing
š±Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
