Looking for a tasty high protein plant-powered spread!? 😋 We’ve got you covered! This Creamy Cashew Tofu Spread recipe has a total of 64g of protein, wow! 💪🏾 


It’s easy to make and is perfect for spreading on bagels and bread or add to wraps, salads or as a veggie dip, it’s so versatile! 🥯🥕


***Creamy Cashew Tofu Spread***


Ingredients:

🌱1 block extra firm tofu 350g

🌱1/2 cup soaked cashews

🌱1-2 clove garlic

🌱Juice of 1 lemon

🌱1 tsp salt

🌱1 tsp onion powder

🌱3-4 tbsp cashew water or plant milk


Methods:

🌱Soak your cashews overnight or boil for 15 minutes, save the water!

🌱Add all ingredients into blender except for fresh herbs and blend until smooth. Add more cashew water or plant milk for desired thickness.

🌱Top with fresh herbs of your choosing

🌱Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
