Itā€™s easy to make and is perfect for spreading on bagels and bread or add to wraps, salads or as a veggie dip, itā€™s so versatile! šŸ„ÆšŸ„•


***Creamy Cashew Tofu Spread***


Ingredients:

šŸŒ±1 block extra firm tofu 350g

šŸŒ±1/2 cup soaked cashews

šŸŒ±1-2 clove garlic

šŸŒ±1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

šŸŒ±Juice of 1 lemon

šŸŒ±1 tsp salt

šŸŒ±1 tsp onion powder

šŸŒ±3-4 tbsp cashew water or plant milk


Methods:

šŸŒ±Soak your cashews overnight or boil for 15 minutes, save the water!

šŸŒ±Add all ingredients into blender except for fresh herbs and blend until smooth. Add more cashew water or plant milk for desired thickness.

šŸŒ±Top with fresh herbs of your choosing

šŸŒ±Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
